White dates are available. Brown and Purple dates are booked (not available). Except a 1 day block, labeled, "Airbnb (Not available)", is available for a cleaning day after your booking (your check out day).

After you know your dates are available, these date pop-up calendars are for entry of your date range.
We require a 2 night minimum. We offer a 14% discount for 7 nights or more. We require 1 cleaning day between bookings (your check-out date). There's a 14 night maximum.
Booking is for the entire 2 bedroom cottage with private entrance. Cottage sleeps 4; with fold out bed (or fold down couch) sleeps 5. Fee is all inclusive, includes heating oil, electric, cooking butane, 30 Mbps internet. We collect no security deposit; we trust you'll take care, and if accident, reimburse for any damage.

PayPal
We process payments with PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, you can log in and pay for your booking with PayPal. Alternatively, you can pay as a guest with a debit card or credit card. All major cards accepted. All major currencies accepted. You'll be charged in Euros.
Time Limits for Completing a Booking
As soon as you click 'Request Booking' button, your dates are held for you, they're locked out from anyone else. You can see your dates on the Rooska Gatehouse calendar.
If you don't click 'Book Now' button within 15 min, the hold is released.
If you click 'Book Now' but don't complete PayPal payment at PayPal site, within 15 min after you clicked 'Book Now', the hold is released.
